Avoiding Your Building's HVAC Failure During Hot Summer Months

If you make decisions for building operations then this article (from Facility Source) titled "Avoiding HVAC Failure In Summer Months" offers some helpful tips:

https://arctic-air-heating-and-cooling.business.site/posts/6827190961101103653?hl=en

Here is an excerpt from the article, " For a building that is in an area that typically experiences 90-degree weather in the summer, a heat wave that drives the outside temperature over 100-degrees can have detrimental effects. Why? Because the building is simply not insulated to handle that type of heat. Higher outdoor temperatures can make an HVAC unit work overtime, which can strain the unit  and cause failure especially if it is not properly taken care of through scheduled preventative maintenance. The more strain a unit experiences, the higher chance of complete failure."

Rooftop Commercial HVAC And Crane Safety

If you make decisions for any new building's design or converting an existing building, then you may find this article we found to be helpful. It is titled "5 CRANE SAFETY TIPS FOR INSTALLING COMMERCIAL ROOFTOP HVAC EQUIPMENT." The article starts off by saying, "Cranes are essential for completing the construction of most commercial buildings, especially when it comes to installing the HVAC equipment. Most commercial buildings, regardless of use or design, rely on massive metal heating and cooling units that can weigh thousands of pounds each. And these heavy objects often go on the roof of the building, which requires a crane to install.
If you use a full-size crane to install HVAC equipment, you need to be aware of some safety risks specific to this kind of HVAC work. Make sure your team stays safe during crane operation by following all of these important tips."

North Texas Restaurant And Fast Food Coupons And Discounts

Since we repair restaurant kitchen equipment across North Texas, we want to provide some extra value to you since you are kind enough to follow us on social media.  One way we want to help is to make city-specific lists on Twitter which offer occasional discounts, specials, and coupons for restaurants and other dining establishments in a particular city.

We found a way to compile city-specific lists that you can see with recent Tweets/posts... and you don't even have to have a Twitter account!

If you can help us then that would be great!  We would like suggestions from you for Twitter profiles (Twitter channels) which meet the following:
1)  Are official Twitter pages for a local restaurant, fast food or other dining establishment with a current physical location in Collin County (McKinney, Frisco, Allen, Prosper, etc.), Grayson County (Sherman, Denison, etc.), Cooke County (Gainesville, etc.), or Denton County (Lewisville, Little Elm, etc.) .   Please note that if the restaurant has an actual location in one of those towns, but the Twitter page comes from the corporate/regional office then that is fine.

2)  Please check to make sure that the specific Twitter page you suggest has posted at least a few times in recent months.  There are many Twitter pages for restaurants in these communities... but sadly they haven't posted in over a year or longer.

3)  We then will take your suggestions and review to see if that Twitter channel occasionally Tweets specials, discounts, coupons or other incentives for someone to visit that restaurant for the first time.

We have started to create these town-specific lists, so you are welcome to see those we have started.  Over time we intend to add more towns and more dining establishments per town once we find Twitter channels which are current and offer possible value to you & your friends/family.

https://twitter.com/donavanbagshaw/lists

Thank you for your help in making any suggestions!
