Complete a criminal background check
Pass a thorough exam
Have 48 months practical experience under the supervision of a licensed contractor OR hold a technician certification and have 36 months practical experience under the supervision of a licensed contractor
Carry liability insurance
Maintain yearly continuing education

  • Drain pans and condensate lines are cleared of obstructions

  • Refrigerant level is measured and recharged if necessary
