Example Of Building With Improper HVAC System To Handle Humidity

This article from Whole Building Design Guide starts off with an example of a hotel which had its HVAC system improperly designed for high heat and humidity. It led to mold growing before the first guests arrived, and it ultimately led to supposedly $6 million in repairs/replacements which didn't need to happen:

While this is an extreme example, North Texas' high heat and humidity could lead to similar problems for your building if you are not careful. If you own or operate any office building, hotel, warehouse, restaurant, or other structure which needs proper heating and cooling system adjustments to handle North Texas temperature & humidity fluctuations then you are welcome to contact us. We look forward to helping you soon.
